Physical access checklist: Seniors Computer Clubs meeting and training premises

The following checklist is not intended to cover absolutely every aspect of access for people with disabilities.

The items in the following checklist are the ones of primary importance to allow a minimum of safe, equitable access for older members who use wheelchairs, people with ambulant disability, people who have hearing impairment and people who have vision impairment.

Meeting all of the following criteria will not necessarily indicate that all people with disabilities will be able to use the premises.

However, meeting the following criteria will indicate that most people with disabilities will be able to enter and use the building.

Name of club
Address of premises
Owner Enter the legal owner here e.g Council
Manager of premises Name, position, contact details
Date audited
Auditor

The checklist is also available as a word document for printing out.
