Welcome to the FAQ Site

These FAQ pages has been put together as a result of a collaborative project between Edith Cowan University (ECU), Perth, WA and ASCCA. The underlying collaboration will form part of the PhD work of Michael Collins, a lecturer at ECU, wherein Michael has agreed with the ASCCA president, Nan Bosler that ASCCA will assist in providing a research sample for some PhD questionnaires and surveys. In return, one of Michael's final-year project students has put together this FAQ site. We hope that this is the first of several such collaborations between our respective organisations.

About the Site

This site was written in a style that keeps technical terms to a minimum and includes related links to other web sites in each topic.
The Basics page contains an extensive collection of the "what is" and "how to's" for newer computer users and can be printed for reference.
